it started with a food truck

It all started back in 2012 with a bag of flour, an Airstream® truck, and a whole lot of figuring it out as we went. Nashville mornings came early. Coffee was strong. Biscuits were hot. And if you showed up hungry, chances are you left a little happier than you came.

There wasn’t some big master plan. Just a love for good food, good people, and doing things the right way, even when it took a little longer. These days, you’ll find us in five locations across Tennessee and Ohio. Still locally owned. Still family run. Still led by Biscuit King Karl, Boss Lady Sarah, and Director of Fun Gertie Worley.
Behind it all is our team. The ones up early, rolling dough, pouring coffee, and making sure every plate that leaves the kitchen feels like it was made just for you. We make everything from scratch. We work with people we know. Somewhere between the butter, the flour, and those early mornings, you’ll find what’s really been holding this whole thing together all along.
Call it love. We do.
it was never just about biscuits
It started with a simple idea that people deserved better than what the restaurant world had been offering so we built something different. A place where the food matters, but the people matter more. Where the team is taken care of, and that care carries through to every guest who walks through the door.
You feel it in the kitchen. You feel it at the table. And you feel it in the way people show up for each other, day in and day out. We’re proud of our biscuits. But what we’re really proud of is the kind of place they’ve helped us build.

it's about people
We believe breakfast is an act of care and something that should leave people feeling seen, welcomed, and taken care of.
vision & Mission
We began in 2012 with a bag of flour, an Airstream® food truck, and a dream. Over the last few years, we have grown to five locations and are proud to serve our communities in Tennessee and OHIO. We are locally-owned and family-operated by our very own Biscuit King Karl, “Boss Lady” Sarah, and “Director of Fun” Gertie Worley.

what breakfast means here
Breakfast is connection. It’s the quiet before the day. The loud around a big table. The comfort you can taste. Biscuit Love is built to make those moments, not just meals.
